Key Responsibilities:

- In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will focus on identifying core customer challenges, diagnosing problem areas, designing creative solutions, and ensuring deployment to achieve client satisfaction.
- Your responsibilities will include developing proposals by taking ownership of specific sections of the proposal document and contributing to solution design based on your expertise.
- You will organize configuration activities, tailor the product to align with the design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in addressing any inquiries related to requirements and solution design.
- Additionally, you will facilitate product demonstrations, lead Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that comply with the customer’s budgetary constraints while aligning with the organization’s financial policies.
- You will take initiative in leading small projects and engaging in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:
- We seek candidates with at least 5 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle EPM Cloud and/or Hyperion Modules.
- Experience with one or more products from the Oracle EPM cloud suite, such as Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud (EPBC), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM), Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARC), Tax Reporting Cloud (TRC), Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMC), and Narrative Reporting Cloud is essential.
- Candidates should possess the capability to understand user requirements within the EPM and Finance domains and translate them into design specifications and architectural solutions.
- Experience in end-to-end Hyperion EPM implementation and architecture, including installation and application design, is also preferred.

- Solid understanding of software configuration management systems.
- Familiarity with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, complemented by collaborative skills.
- Understanding of financial processes for various project types and the different pricing models available.
- Capability to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose appropriate technology solutions.
- Knowledge of one or two industry domains.
