NET Technical Lead – Azure Kubernetes (AKS)

We are seeking a skilled .NET Technical Lead with substantial expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Kubernetes migration to oversee the modernization and transition of enterprise applications from traditional data centers to Kubernetes-based cloud platforms.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• .NET Development: 8–10 years of pertinent experience in C#, .NET Core, and .NET 8+.
• Kubernetes / AKS: At least 3 years of practical experience with Kubernetes, ideally with a focus on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Migration Expertise: Proven track record in playing a key role in projects aimed at migrating applications from data centers to Kubernetes environments.
• Microsoft Technologies: Extensive experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, REST APIs, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
• Azure Cloud: Proficiency in developing, deploying, and hosting applications within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Microservices: In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and the principles of cloud-native application development.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Practical experience with GitHub, TeamCity, build tools, pipeline automation, and blue-green deployment strategies.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to guide technical teams, make informed design choices, and take responsibility for project delivery.
• Production Support: Familiarity with high-volume production systems, risk management practices, security principles, and ensuring service reliability.
• Software Engineering: Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, XP, software design patterns, and secure coding standards.
• Communication: Exceptional skills in coordination, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement within complex enterprise settings.
