Job Overview:

• Steer solution design and architectural choices for cloud-native and hybrid workloads, emphasizing scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
• Evaluate designs and code to confirm compliance with best practices, performance standards, and secure coding protocols.
• Guide and mentor development teams in establishing uniform patterns for development, testing, and deployment.
• Azure Engineering Operations
• Design and deploy Azure-based components, including compute, storage, networking, and identity integrations, as necessitated by the solution.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting practices to enhance observability and operational readiness.
• Assist in production readiness activities, including performance optimization, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Collaboration and Communication
• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, estimate efforts, and plan delivery timelines.
• Clearly communicate technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences, facilitating informed decision-making.

Technical Qualifications:

• A minimum of 9 years of experience in software engineering with substantial hands-on proficiency in
