3. Database & Reporting (SQL Server, SSIS, PowerBI)

Position Overview

We are in search of a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with over 3 years of experience to serve as a key developer and administrator. Your role will involve the design, development, configuration, integration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring high standards of quality, security, and optimal system performance throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Primary Responsibilities

• Development & Configuration: Tailor D365 CRM entities, workflows, plugins, web resources, solution management, and user interface.
• Testing & Integration: Execute unit testing, resolve bugs during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing, and establish system integrations utilizing C#, Web Services, and SSIS.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Analyze reported system issues, carry out maintenance tasks, and update technical documentation as necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts to enhance functional specifications, engage in code reviews, and follow architecture and security protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Required: 3+ years of practical experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM / CE (or CRM 2016/2015).
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL Server, SSIS, PowerApps, PowerBI, and Power Automate (Flow).
• SDLC & Quality Assurance: Strong understanding of relational databases, SDLC processes, code security standards, and effort estimation techniques.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, time management skills, and proficiency in verbal and written communication. Willingness to travel as necessary.
