Position Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled Senior Java Spring Boot Developer with 9 to 11 years of experience in creating and enhancing scalable enterprise-level applications.
- The successful candidate will have substantial hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot, Microservices, React, AWS, and AI Generative AI technologies.
- This role will require you to lead development projects, make informed technical decisions, and deliver cloud-native solutions.

- Main Duties
- Design and build highly scalable, secure, and resilient applications utilizing Java and Spring Boot
- Architect and implement Microservices-based architectures
- Create modern front-end applications using React
- Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and make architectural decisions
- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS
- Incorporate AI Generative AI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI-driven workflows
- Design RESTful APIs and ensure their performance optimization
- Guide junior developers and provide technical mentorship
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and DevOps personnel
- Adhere to best practices in coding, security, scalability, and maintainability
Technical Qualifications:
- Required Experience
- 9 to 11 years of software development expertise
- Proficient hands-on experience with Java versions 8, 11, and 17
- Extensive knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Microservices
- Strong React
- js development capabilities
- Practical experience with AWS services including
- EC2
- S3
- Lambda
- RDS
- ECS and EKS
- API Gateway

- Experience in API development and integration
- Deep understanding of design patterns and distributed systems
