Job Summary

We are hiring a Sr. Software Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our fast-paced team. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in Spring Boot, Java, React, and Angular and will work in a hybrid schedule during day shifts. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support business objectives and improve overall user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot, Java, React, and Angular to address business requirements and user needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to collect and evaluate requirements, ensuring they align with project goals.
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performing code to enable application features and optimize performance.
• Perform comprehensive testing and debugging to maintain software reliability and meet quality standards.
• Enhance application performance by locating performance bottlenecks and applying effective improvements.
• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to team members to support a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Keep current with industry trends and emerging technologies to apply best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and strengthen overall code quality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and future enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure smooth integration between front-end and back-end components for a unified user experience.
• Plan, manage, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Work with DevOps teams to improve deployment processes and ensure stable application operations.
