Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and sustain ETL and ELT workflows based on Talend to efficiently ingest, transform, and load data across various systems.
• Create reusable Talend job components and frameworks that adhere to best practices for scalability and maintainability.
• Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements, define data mappings, and convert business objectives into technical solutions.
• Establish data validation, error handling, logging, and alerting procedures to guarantee reliable and auditable data pipelines.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Talend jobs, SQL queries, and data flows to satisfy service level agreements (SLAs).
• Diagnose production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure effective resolution of problems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including job designs, data mappings, and operational runbooks.
• Assist in release management by coordinating deployments, version control, and environment promotions in accordance with team protocols.

Additional Duties:

• Experience in designing comprehensive integration solutions, including source-to-target mappings and transformation logic.
• Understanding of scheduling and orchestration methodologies for ETL workflows and operational monitoring.
• Familiarity with data warehousing principles, including dimensions, facts, incremental loads, and change data capture (CDC) patterns.
• Capability to enhance pipeline performance through tuning, partitioning strategies, and effective transformation design.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
