IDMC Administration

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a proficient IDMC Administrator who possesses substantial hands-on experience in managing and supporting Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) environments.
• The successful candidate will take charge of platform administration, including user and access management, Secure Agent oversight, runtime environment management, job monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring overall platform health.
• This position necessitates strong operational and troubleshooting skills to maintain the stability, availability, and performance of the IDMC platform.

Main Responsibilities:

• Administer and provide support for the Informatica IDMC platform, focusing on user role and access management.
• Oversee and manage Cloud Data Integration (CDI) environments.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Secure Agents.
• Manage runtime environments, connections, schedules, and job executions.
• Monitor jobs, identify failures, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve incidents related to the platform.
• Conduct regular platform health checks and proactively identify operational or performance issues.
• Deliver daily production and operational support for IDMC services.
• Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, Secure Agent runtime, and integration.
• Collaborate with application infrastructure and development teams for effective issue resolution.
• Adhere to administration best practices and maintain relevant operational documentation.
• Assist in Cloud Application Integration (CAI) administration tasks.
• We are in search of an IDMC Administrator with practical experience in:
• IDMC platform management and user access administration.
• Administration of Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
• Installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Secure Agents.
• Management of runtime environments, connections, schedules, and job monitoring.
• Conducting platform health checks, incident resolution, and operational support.
• Desirable Qualifications:
• PowerCenter and CDI (PC) administration experience.
• MDM SaaS administration expertise.
• CDGC administration knowledge.
• Experience in CAI administration.

Technical Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC administration.
• Background in Cloud Data Integration (CDI) administration.
• Practical experience in Secure Agent installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in managing runtime environments and their connections.
• Understanding of scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting IDMC jobs.
• Experience with user access management and administrative controls.
• Strong grasp of platform health monitoring, incident management, and operational support.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
