Java Full stack AI engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain modern responsive front-end applications using Angular 13-18.
• Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance microservices with Core Java.
• Integrate GenAI-powered capabilities into enterprise applications to enhance customer and agent experiences.
• Build and refine RAG-based solutions that leverage structured and unstructured data sources.
• Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations to support context-aware AI interactions across enterprise systems.
• Create, implement, and maintain knowledge engineering workflows that enable AI-driven customer service experiences.
• Design and optimize data models using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Maintain system reliability through observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
• Apply security best practices to protect sensitive customer and mortgage-related data.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, lead code reviews, and participate in technical mentoring activities.

Required Experience:

• 8-12 years of software development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and modern front-end development practices.
• Proven expertise in building microservices using Core Java.
• Experience developing GenAI/LLM-based applications and AI-powered workflows.
• Hands-on exposure to RAG implementations and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
