Technical Lead - Java

As a Technical Lead - Java, you will collaborate with an agile team to develop healthcare applications, deliver new features, and maintain the highest standards of software coding development practices.

Responsibilities: -

• Partner with the SW core team and architects to gain and apply a reverse-engineered understanding of the code’s design and architecture, including control flow.
• Create and use benchmarks, metrics, and monitoring to evaluate and enhance service performance.
• Design and develop frameworks to support models aligned with client requirements.
• Work with the team to build a strong understanding of the existing code base for a platform and/or product SW.
• Collaborate with the lead and senior architect to strengthen technical capabilities for software development and deployment.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical Skills: -

• Java programming language (Java 9+), experience in Spring Boot for building Microservices, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular 12+ or ReactJS
• Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g.: MySQL, PostgreSQL), Any NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) knowledge
• Microservices Architecture implementation and design patterns (MVC, MVVM), RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience in manual testing, ability to write test cases and test plan
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (e.g.: JUnit, Selenium)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Good to Have Skills: -

• Familiarity with any Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in Git and version control systems
