Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Recruiting / Talent professional to join our team in India. The successful candidate will bring a solid recruitment background and hands-on experience using Workday Recruiting to source, attract, and hire top talent.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle using Workday Recruiting software.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking.
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, and share timely feedback with hiring managers.
• Ensure candidate information is accurately maintained and kept up-to-date within the Workday system.
• Support the creation and rollout of recruitment strategies aimed at attracting top talent.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
• Proficiency with Workday Recruiting software or comparable Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and recruitment best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational capabilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
