BI and Data Management Consultant

Primary Responsibilities:

• Embark on a typical day as an esteemed member of the Infosys consulting team.
• Collaborate closely with clients to identify core issues, diagnose problem areas, craft innovative solutions, and facilitate seamless deployment to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
• Take ownership of specific sections of proposal documentation, contributing insights to solution design based on your areas of expertise to develop comprehensive project proposals.
• Plan and execute configuration activities, tailor products to meet design specifications, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution architecture.
• Deliver product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with client budgets and organizational financial policies.
• Lead small-scale projects proactively and contribute to team and organizational initiatives, aiming to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.

Technical Expertise and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive IT experience, including at least 10 years of hands-on involvement in designing, developing, and deploying Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), reporting solutions, and ETL integrations utilizing Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Robust knowledge in Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, ETL design, performance optimization, and analytics solution architecture.
• Extensive experience leading end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics implementations, covering requirements collection, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, functional, and technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining enterprise data warehouses and analytics solutions utilizing Oracle technologies.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, capable of resolving complex business and technical issues.
• Competence in effort estimation, solution design, technical reviews, governance, and project delivery management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver compelling presentations, including interactions with senior leadership in business and IT domains.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Ability to operate effectively within a global delivery environment and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.

Preferred Skills and Technical Knowledge:

• Expertise in Enterprise Applications, Data and Analytics, specifically Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) – DVCS and Reporting modules.
• Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for ETL and data integration tasks.
