Job Overview:
- Develop and enhance enterprise-level content management systems utilizing OpenText Documentum.
- This position involves creating and supporting scalable content repositories, document workflows, and records management solutions that facilitate secure and efficient information handling throughout the organization.
- You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and refine content management processes, integrations, and automation features.

Main Responsibilities:
- Documentum Development
- Design, develop, and sustain enterprise content management solutions using OpenText Documentum.
- Configure document repositories, workflows, lifecycle management, and security frameworks.
- Create customizations, integrations, and content management solutions that align with business needs.
- Content Management Integration
- Oversee document storage, retrieval, versioning, and records management workflows.
- Integrate Documentum with enterprise applications, databases, and external systems.
- Assist with content migration, metadata management, and workflow automation initiatives.
- Testing Support
- Conduct testing, troubleshoot production issues, and implement enhancements for performance.
- Support deployment, upgrades, and production release processes.
- Perform root cause analysis to ensure platform stability and reliability.
- Collaboration Quality
- Engage in technical reviews, Agile ceremonies, and solution design discussions.
- Maintain technical documentation and adhere to ECM development best practices.
- Work with business QA and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content management solutions.
Technical Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications
- Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software development and cloud delivery with substantial hands-on experience in GCP.
- Strong practical experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting capabilities, understanding of the SDLC, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
