Java Full stack AI engineer

Job description:

We are seeking a highly proficient AI-Augmented Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and continuously improve next-generation customer service platforms tailored to the mortgage industry. You will apply modern web technologies, microservices architecture, and Generative AI to create intelligent, scalable, and secure customer experiences.

This role provides the chance to work on advanced AI implementations, including LLMs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Knowledge Engineering, and Advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks, while delivering enterprise-grade software for a global financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver modern, responsive front-end applications using Angular 13-18.
• Design and build secure, scalable, high-performance microservices using Core Java.
• Embed GenAI-powered capabilities into enterprise applications to enhance both customer and agent experiences.
• Create, integrate, and fine-tune RAG-based solutions leveraging structured and unstructured data sources.
• Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations to support context-aware AI conversations across enterprise platforms.
• Establish and maintain knowledge engineering workflows that enable AI-driven customer service experiences.
• Design and optimize data models across SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to implement business-critical solutions.
• Promote system reliability through observability, monitoring, logging, and continuous performance optimization.
• Use security best practices to safeguard sensitive customer and mortgage-related data.
• Contribute to architecture planning, participate in code reviews, and support technical mentoring efforts.

Required Experience:

• 8-12 years of software development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and modern front-end development practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in building microservices using Core Java.
• Experience creating GenAI/LLM-based applications and AI-driven workflow solutions.
• Practical experience with RAG implementations and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Strong knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
