Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Utilize AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB) to build and manage cloud-based infrastructures.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with internal/external services.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and security by applying best practices in architecture and code.
- Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for full-stack development and deliver end-to-end software solutions.
- Participate in Agile development cycles, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow version control and deployment protocols.
Key Skills:
- Backend Development: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, Microservices
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway), Docker, Jenkins, Git
- Databases & Caching: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Memcached
- Frontend Exposure: React.js, Angular (basic/working knowledge)
- Agile Practices: Jira, Scrum methodology, CI/CD pipelines
- Other Tools: Kubernetes (nice to have), Maven/Gradle, Swagger/OpenAPI
