Workday Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will play a crucial part in supporting various stages of projects. This includes defining problems, estimating efforts, diagnosing issues, generating solutions, designing, and deploying them.
• You will investigate alternatives to the proposed solutions through research, which may involve literature reviews, public domain information, vendor evaluations, and more.
• Additionally, you will develop Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Your responsibilities will include crafting requirement specifications based on business needs, defining future processes, and creating detailed functional designs aligned with these requirements.
• You will assist in configuring solution requirements on products, diagnosing any issues that arise, clarifying uncertainties, and identifying potential solution alternatives.
• Furthermore, you will engage in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to our clients.

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Workday Technical solutions.
• Expertise in designing and developing Workday Integrations and reporting solutions that satisfy business requirements.
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Workday Integrations, including EIB, CC, Workday Studio, dashboards, and BIRT reports.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide actionable insights is essential.
• Capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workday Integrations and functionalities within Workday Studio.
• Solid experience in Workday integration, report development, testing, and validation processes.
• Lead and manage the Technical Solution process, including design, release management, and implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday technologies, including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect, PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom Fields, XML, XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting, and data analytics.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with software configuration management systems is essential.
• Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Possess logical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Understanding of financial processes across various project types and the different pricing models available.
• Capability to assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technology solutions.
• Knowledge in one or two industry domains is preferred.
• Strong client interfacing skills.
• Experience in project and team management.
