Analysis of Business Requirements & Transition

• Transform high-level business requirements and processes into actionable technical plans
• Establish clear deliverables such as Epics, user stories, and process flowcharts
• Identify and resolve pain points through effective communication with stakeholders.

Design of System Processes & Solutions

• Conduct end-to-end process mapping (current/future states, gap analysis)
• Develop scalable solutions for cross-system integration (ERP/CRM/data platforms)
• Validate prototypes using tools such as Figma and Axure.

Agile-Focused Delivery

• Manage backlog prioritization within an agile framework
• Implement sprint-driven development cycles (2-3 weeks)

Essential Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on complex system solutions.
• Expertise in JIRA/Confluence (for backlog refinement), Visio/PPT (for process design and presentations), and SQL
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Interpersonal Skills

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Ability to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines

Preferred Experience

• Expertise in the sales domain (preferably in PC sales or the GSC ecosystem)
• Experience in in-house system design and delivery.
