Internship Program - Human Resources Intern (Feb/March 2027 Intake)

Arvato Systems Malaysia, a globally recognized IT service solutions provider headquartered in Germany, has been driving digital transformation initiatives for businesses since 2005. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, digitally-savvy individuals to join our Arvato Systems Malaysia Internship Program (AIP). Our goal is to offer high-potential undergraduate students valuable hands-on experience in digital work environments, coupled with mentorship from our dedicated team at Arvato Systems Malaysia, to prepare them effectively for their professional careers. This internship program includes a specialized focus in Human Resources (HR) for interested candidates. Internship Responsibilities:

• Manage the staff onboarding process, including preparing new hire checklists, conducting briefings, and organizing data entry information.
• Assist with HRIS system maintenance and develop awareness materials through video content creation.
• Coordinate with relevant vendors regarding related matters and correspondence.
• Support learning and development activities within the organization.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive work environment for all employees.
• Participate in initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, such as social activities and team-building events.
• Provide support for ad-hoc Human Resources tasks as needed.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within specified timelines and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders involved in projects.
• Engage in company-wide initiatives and events.
• Receive ongoing guidance and mentorship throughout the internship period.
• Maintain openness to constructive feedback and coaching opportunities.
• Represent our brand positively as a brand ambassador.

Candidate Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or postgraduate student in the final semester of a Diploma, Degree, or Master’s program related to Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar field.
• Achieving a minimum CGPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong team-oriented mindset with a growth-driven attitude.
