Job Details

• Role: Customer Support Associate – Voice
• Location: Hyderabad – Work from Office
• Experience: Freshers Only
• Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Process: International Voice
• CTC: 3 LPA
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions over the phone.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products/services.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Follow company processes and quality standards.
• Work with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach.

Eligibility & Skills

• Excellent communication skills in BOTH English & Hindi are MANDATORY.
• English + Hindi proficiency is compulsory for this role.
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced international voice process.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
