Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Application Developer with a focus on Real Estate & Facilities, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of applications like IBM TRIRIGA, along with associated frameworks and technologies. Your deep knowledge of real estate and facilities management principles, coupled with your expertise in software development methodologies and tools, will be essential for success.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop Application Components: Create and modify application components, integrate software packages, and collaborate with various platforms to support real estate and facilities management.
• Report Development and Interface Creation: Concentrate on report development, interface creation, data conversions, and enhancements using IBM TRIRIGA and related tools to fulfill business requirements.
• Software Integration and Support: Integrate and maintain software packages, ensuring smooth functionality and troubleshooting technical issues as necessary.
• Apply Software Development Methodologies: Employ software development methodologies and tools to produce high-quality solutions and uphold technical proficiency.
