Requirements

• 12+ years in Java software development, with a focus on healthcare service delivery.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Profound knowledge of US healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and industry standards.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Healthcare-related certifications (e.g., PAHM, FAHM or relevant certifications) are a plus.
