Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery notes.
• Store goods in designated locations safely and systematically.
• Prepare and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper documentation for stock receipts, issues, and returns.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners (if certified).
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for inventory availability and movement.
• Report damaged or expired goods and arrange for proper disposal or returns.
• Support warehouse audits and assist in process improvements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management software.
