Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
- In your role with the Infosys consulting team, you will delve deep into customer challenges, identify problem areas, create innovative solutions, and oversee implementations that lead to client satisfaction
- You will take ownership of specific sections of the proposal document, contributing to solution design based on your areas of expertise
- Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, customizing the product according to design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and addressing any queries regarding requirements and solution design
- You will perform solution product demonstrations, lead Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budget constraints while adhering to the organization's financial policies
- Take the initiative to lead small projects and actively participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives with the goal of delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions for customers

Technical Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience with IFS
- Demonstrable experience as a Functional Technical Consultant in IFS ERP
- Familiarity with various business domains
- Hands-on experience in IFS technical areas including development and configurations
- Experience with cross-functional modules such as Finance, HR, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Sales, and Projects
- IFS certification in relevant modules
- Participation in an implementation or upgrade project utilizing the latest IFS Cloud
Additional Duties:
- Ability to formulate value-generating strategies and models that empower clients to innovate, foster growth, and enhance profitability
- Solid understanding of software configuration management systems
- Awareness of current technologies and industry trends
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities along with effective collaboration skills
- Comprehension of financial processes across various project types and the different pricing models available
- Capability to evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend suitable technology solutions
- Knowledge in one or two industry domains
- Strong client interfacing skills
- Experience in project and team management
