Job Overview:

• Core Responsibilities
• Develop and implement thorough testing scenarios and test cases for SAP enhancements and rollouts across various SAP modules
• Execute functional integration system and regression testing for SAP Retail, SAP FICO, and related SAP applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and process flows
• Work collaboratively with functional consultants, business analysts, and developers to comprehend requirements, clarify testing conditions, and guarantee comprehensive coverage of vital business processes
• Create, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts and regression suites utilizing SAP TOSCA or comparable SAP test automation tools
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects using standard defect management tools, closely coordinating with technical teams to ensure prompt resolution and re-validation
• Engage in test planning activities, including effort estimation, risk assessment, and test strategy formulation for SAP projects, releases, and change requests
• Validate data integrity, financial accuracy, and end-to-end process consistency across integrated SAP modules and related upstream/downstream systems
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test data, assisting business users during execution, and compiling feedback and defect reports
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, execution reports, defect metrics, traceability matrices, and regular updates for stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of SAP testing processes, standards, templates, and best practices to improve overall delivery quality
• Essential Skills and Experience
• Extensive hands-on experience testing SAP Retail processes, including merchandising, pricing, promotions, and store operations, with a solid understanding of business processes
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP FICO testing, encompassing financial postings, integrations, and key finance scenarios
• Practical knowledge of SAP TOSCA or similar automation frameworks applicable to SAP environments
• Experience working with multiple SAP modules in mid to large-scale implementations
• Proven track record of enhancing test coverage, minimizing defect leakage, and ensuring high-quality SAP releases
• Familiarity with regression and performance testing methodologies within SAP landscapes
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with a capacity to swiftly grasp complex SAP process flows and pinpoint risk areas

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Testing across implementation, rollout, or support projects
• Proficient in designing and executing test cases for SAP modules, with exposure to at least one of SAP Retail, SAP FICO, or related SAP solutions
• Demonstrated capability in performing functional and integration testing in SAP environments, including defect logging, tracking, and re-testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC, with experience in structured testing processes and tools
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly communicate test results and issues to stakeholders
