• Business Development: Cultivate robust relationships with clients by engaging in business development initiatives and expanding existing business opportunities for both the practice and the firm.
• Collaborate with pursuit teams to craft proposals and deliver comprehensive solutions during presentations for ERP systems and additional applications, facilitating business transformation.
• Relevant end-to-end solutions will generally be supported by the ERP ecosystems of SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Offer specialized domain expertise to reinforce proposed solutions.

Primary Duties:

• Project Management: Direct a team of global IT professionals and subject matter experts to establish comprehensive business functional requirements, translating them into actionable project initiatives with corresponding metrics.
• Ensure overall project management to deliver high-quality solutions that fulfill client business needs.
• Project management duties include:
• Creating plans grounded in a solid understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Manage client interactions and expectations, demonstrating subject matter expertise while addressing client needs, providing value propositions, and overseeing resource requirements, workflows, budgets, and billing collections. Prepare and coordinate complex written and verbal deliverables and other materials.
• Supervise individuals and teams, track and direct performance relative to objectives, foster an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, and promote improvement and innovation.
• Identify issues, risks, and conflicts within the project team, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Act as a liaison between the client project team, development team, and other stakeholders.
• Review project status, manage schedules, monitor progress, and prepare status reports.

Technical Qualifications:

• Fundamental Skills
• Strong executive presence coupled with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required.
• Consideration will also be given to candidates with three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of each year of education.
• 8 to 10 years of pertinent work experience managing these responsibilities within leading consulting firms or large global organizations.
• Robust knowledge of relevant process domains, including process decomposition best practices and process controls.
• Capability to lead discussions and workshops on process design with senior client stakeholders across multiple applications within the client landscape.
• Willingness to travel to various local, state, and international client sites as necessary.
• A strategic thinker with attention to detail who is also willing to engage in hands-on work to fulfill job requirements.

Additional Qualifications:

• Preferred Experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Tools such as Visio and Project.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• 5 years of experience in business process consulting, including problem definition, solution architecture, process and solution design, solution evaluation, validation, and deployment.
• Experience in multiple full lifecycle ERP implementations with hands-on involvement in process design.
• Exposure to and basic understanding of industry-leading ERP applications like SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
