Primary Duties:

• Core Responsibilities
• Quadient Inspire Development and Scaling
• Design, develop, and refine document templates and communication pathways using Quadient Inspire for high-volume, scalable delivery.
• Create reusable components, styles, and modular template structures to enhance maintainability and expedite delivery timelines.
• Configure and optimize both batch and on-demand output generation for print and digital media while adhering to performance Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Integration and Data Quality
• Integrate various data sources and transform input data to facilitate personalized content rendering and ensure accurate output formatting.
• Diagnose composition issues, layout defects, data mapping discrepancies, and output inconsistencies, providing root cause resolutions.
• Collaborate with QA to establish test cases, validate output accuracy, and ensure comprehensive regression coverage for template modifications.
• Collaboration and Delivery Excellence
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements, propose template strategies, and assess the effort needed for enhancements and releases.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for templates, components, data mappings, and deployment processes to enhance team scalability.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts by suggesting best practices for template governance, version control, and release preparedness.
• AI-Driven Enhancements
• Support projects that leverage AI to enhance content quality, validation, and automation within CCM workflows.
• Assist in investigating AI-based strategies for anomaly detection in outputs, intelligent content recommendations, and enhanced data verification.

Technical Qualifications:

• Essential Qualifications
• Education: BE, ME, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MSc, MBA
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in CCM document composition, with substantial hands-on expertise in Quadient Inspire.
• Demonstrated capability to build and scale templates and components for high-volume communications with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in troubleshooting template layout and data mapping issues, delivering solutions with both quality and speed.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and the ability to support AI-enabled enhancements in communication workflows.
