Job Scope:

As a Senior Talent Specialist, you will manage the complete recruitment cycle and ensure fulfillment for the assigned requisitions. This is a high-performance role, with a clear potential career path toward recruiting management.

Key Responsibility Area:

• Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled professionals on a permanent basis across a broad range of Non tech and Legal roles
• Use diverse and creative sourcing methods, including web search and social networking opportunities
• Develop Boolean search strings to support targeted candidate/client discovery
• Screen and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements to determine overall fit
• Review job descriptions and evaluate client requirements to understand the hiring manager’s needs and the skills required
• Build effective working relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidates
• Accurately and consistently manage and update internal ATS
• Proactively network with user groups and potential talent by sustaining ongoing relationships
• Demonstrate technical knowledge and the ability to understand technology while staying current on technology trends
• Plan staffing priorities by anticipating business needs and how they will influence long-term staffing plans
