Healthcare-Business Analyst

Job Description:

• As a HealthCare Domain Consultant, you will utilize your specialized knowledge to analyze significant trends influencing the US Healthcare landscape, determine transformation opportunities, devise innovative IT-driven solutions, and oversee the implementation of small to medium-sized projects.
• Your role will also involve delivering industry-wide expertise and insights to address complex business challenges, as it entails direct interaction with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sessions for business requirements refinement to create a product backlog and develop functional specifications for IT solutions using ALM tools such as Jira, Rally, RRC, and RTC.
• Document current and desired business processes while evaluating business models, systems, and technology integration.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to analyze requirements and prepare Product Backlog items.
• Create user stories, establish acceptance criteria for those stories, and manage the product backlog with an emphasis on prioritization.
• Serve as a liaison between business requirements and technological solutions and testing for stakeholders and customers.
• Demonstrate expertise in the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Possess experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Lead and manage Agile projects, team SLAs, operations, SOW compliance, risk management, quality assurance, and budget oversight.
• Engage in strategic initiatives at the account unit level.
• Identify new growth opportunities and assist in proposal and solution development.
• Have a solid understanding of project management practices and budgeting.

Technical Requirements:

• Relevant experience as a Domain Business Consultant, Business Analyst, or Industry Practitioner in the US Healthcare sector, along with familiarity with best practices.
• Extensive knowledge in one or more industry segments and awareness of the latest business trends in the sector.

• Competent in all stages of the System Development Life Cycle, including requirement gathering, use case modeling, data analysis, technical specification development, issue resolution, user acceptance testing, schedule tracking, task management, and documentation for training manuals.
• Experience in conducting meetings with client business leads and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with more visual, design-thinking, and agile lightweight methodologies, such as customer personas, customer journeys, and story maps.
• Exceptional soft skills, including strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Global exposure to multicultural organizational structures.
