Head of Business Operation (Sales)

• Direct and manage daily business functions encompassing sales, service, after-sales support, warehouse operations, and distribution logistics.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at attaining revenue goals, fostering growth, and enhancing market share.
• Champion operational excellence through comprehensive cost evaluations, budget oversight, and process enhancements.
• Supervise and streamline resource allocation among internal departments and affiliated organizations.
• Inspire, mentor, and cultivate sales and operations teams to fulfill KPIs and overall business objectives.
• Examine market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitor movements to guide strategic decision-making.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction levels along with efficient technical support and service provision.
• Manage inventory, supply chain, and warehouse operations to optimize efficiency.
• Deliver regular performance updates, progress assessments, and recommendations for improvement to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in sales and operations, including a minimum of 8 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a closely related discipline.
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting business objectives.
• Thorough knowledge of financial planning, budgeting processes, and P&L management.
