Corporate Finance Executive

• Assist in the development of financial models, valuation assessments, and investment proposals aimed at business advancement, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising efforts.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, return on investment analyses, and due diligence for prospective investments or collaborations.
• Work alongside internal teams to formulate budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow assessments.
• Create internal and external presentations, investor materials, and board reports that detail financial performance and strategic objectives.
• Support communication with auditors, financial institutions, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies concerning finance-related issues.
• Analyze industry trends, market statistics, and competitor activities to deliver valuable financial insights.
• Ensure thorough documentation is maintained while adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in special initiatives, including sustainability-linked finance, funding for digital transformation, and evaluations of ESG-related investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar discipline.
• 1–3 years of applicable experience in corporate finance, investment banking, auditing, or related fields.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities; capable of clearly conveying financial data.
• A motivated learner with meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to ongoing improvement.
