Key Responsibilities:

• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will be responsible for spearheading efforts to deliver exceptional consulting solutions that add significant value to clients across various phases, from defining problems to diagnosing issues, designing solutions, and implementing them.
• Your responsibilities will include reviewing proposals crafted by consultants, providing insightful guidance, and analyzing the solutions devised for client business challenges to detect any potential risks or issues.
• You will assess change management needs and recommend a structured strategy to clients for effectively managing transitions through diverse communication channels.
• Additionally, you will mentor team members, establish a clear vision for your team, offer subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and inspire team members with timely feedback and recognition for their outstanding performance.
• You will play a vital role in both unit-level and organizational projects aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions to clients while following the organization's established guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• Core competencies include Internet of Things (IoT), Contact Center (CC), Contact Center Genesys, and Network Contact Center.

• Proficient understanding of software configuration management systems.

• Familiarity with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a collaborative spirit.
• Knowledge of two or three industry domains.
• Comprehension of financial processes for various project types and an understanding of diverse pricing models.
• Effective client interfacing skills.
