SAP UI5/Fiori/CAPM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will primarily lead the efforts in delivering high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions to clients at various stages, from defining problems to diagnosing issues to designing, developing, and deploying solutions.
• You will review proposals created by consultants, offering guidance and analyzing the solutions proposed for client business challenges to pinpoint any potential risks and concerns.
• Your role will involve identifying change management needs and suggesting a structured approach to clients for managing change through various communication strategies.
• Additionally, you will mentor and develop a vision for the team, provide subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and motivate team members through effective, timely feedback and recognition for excellent performance.
• As a significant contributor to unit-level and organizational initiatives, your focus will be on delivering high-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 9 years of experience in Portal and Mobile application development on SAP Platforms.
• Proficiency in software development programming using HTML5, JavaScript, Node.js, SAPUI5, and Fiori.
• Experience in developing applications based on the SAP Cloud Platform is advantageous.
• Must have hands-on experience in Fiori apps implementation, including configuration.
• Ability to build custom Fiori applications and extend existing ones using SAP Cloud Platform and Eclipse.
• Experience with SAP Web IDE and integration of various HTTP services, such as REST Web services.
• Proficiency in Fiori Design patterns, UI Theme designer, and Fiori Launchpad configurations, along with database experience in SAP or S/4HANA.
• Capable of providing techno-functional support for SAP UI/UX functionalities, including SAP Fiori.
• Assist in integrating front-end UI/UX components with back-end technical and application components to fulfill business requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of software configuration management systems.
• Demonstrated business acumen, strategic thinking, and cross-industry thought leadership.
• Awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, alongside strong collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with two or three industry domains.
• Understanding of financial processes for various project types and the different pricing models available.
• Strong client interfacing skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience in project and team management.
