Gen Ai Engineer

Job Overview:

• We are in search of an AI Engineer who will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level Generative AI applications utilizing cloud-native architectures and cutting-edge LLM ecosystems.
• The successful candidate will possess a robust foundation in data engineering paired with proficiency in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and AI service integration.

Primary Duties:

• Create and implement GenAI applications utilizing Python and enterprise LLM platforms.
• Develop scalable data processing pipelines for both structured and unstructured data.
• Establish Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and vector-based search solutions.
• Connect LLMs with enterprise applications via APIs and established workflows.
• Build cloud-native AI services on platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks DBRX, or Snowflake.
• Design agent-based solutions leveraging LangChain and LangGraph.
• Maintain data quality governance and ensure security compliance throughout AI workflows.
• Enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI solutions.

Technical Qualifications:

• Fundamental Skills
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, ETL, ELT, Data Modeling, Data Quality, Cloud-native Development, API Integration, Data Engineering, ETL, Document Processing, Workflow Design, LLM Development, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI Coding Assistants.
• Advanced Skills
• Experience with RAG Data Pipelines, LLM Data Integration, AI Service Integration, Scalable AI Deployments, Agent Orchestration, Tool Calling, LangGraph, and LangChain.

Additional Duties:

• Familiarity with Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
• Understanding of knowledge graphs and semantic search.
• Experience in developing production-grade Generative AI solutions.
