Job Title - Full Stack Developer (NodeJS/ReactJS), AWS

Our dynamic Software Engineering Team is expanding rapidly, focusing on optimizing web pages for peak efficiency while ensuring brand consistency across all products. This position will involve leading the Back-End Development team in conjunction with Front-End Development, Design, and Product Development teams to guarantee that all components and elements displayed on screens are consistent, efficient, and delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate alignment and communication among all teams, including Back-end/Front-end Development, Design, and Product Development, to ensure successful development sprints.

- Engage in solution development and product design.

- Plan for all front-end related projects.

- Design, implement, and maintain back-end systems.

- Ensure all components and codebases are consistent, secure, and adhere to industry standards.

- Optimize back-end systems for all screens to achieve maximum speed and scalability.

- Conduct R&D and introduce innovative features to enhance user experiences.

- Ensure all code and components are reusable for future applications.

- Perform regular code reviews.

- Implement and adhere to SCRUM ceremonies for all projects.

- Inspire and mentor team members.

Qualifications

- Proficient in Backend Technologies such as ExpressJS, Kubernetes, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and other AWS Services.

- 5 to 8+ years of experience in back-end development; front-end development experience is a plus.

- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

- Solid understanding of key UI/UX design principles.

- Familiarity with modern technologies, including NodeJS, ReactJS, and cloud architecture.

- Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

- Committed to delivering quality, testable code through effective planning, documentation, coding standards, unit testing, and integration testing.

- Proficient in Git.

- Extensive experience with seamless CI/CD processes for achieving one-click delivery.

- Deep understanding of Agile Methodologies, particularly Scrum.

- Capable of conducting all SCRUM ceremonies.

- Passionate about developing innovative ideas and approaches for continuous improvement.

- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, with experience in multicultural environments.
