Full Stack Developer

Job Overview:

• The Full Stack Developer will play a pivotal role in architecting and creating comprehensive web applications that enhance our healthcare innovation platform.
• This involves developing secure and scalable backend services using Node
• js and Java Spring Boot, in addition to crafting responsive, high-quality frontend interfaces with TypeScript.
• The position necessitates close collaboration with the AI, ML, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver robust, compliant, and high-performance software solutions that seamlessly integrate with imaging and AI
• driven workflows.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs leveraging Node
• js and Java Spring Boot.
• Create responsive, modular frontend components utilizing TypeScript and contemporary web
• frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Architect API gateways, integration layers, and service orchestration for distributed
• systems.
• Implement authentication and authorization standards including OAuth2
• 0, JWT, SSO, and mTLS.
• Optimize full stack performance, focusing on request latency, memory usage, and
• frontend rendering.
• Adhere to secure coding practices that comply with enterprise and healthcare guidelines.
• Design and manage database schemas, data access layers, and integration logic.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and DevOps teams to deliver integrated product
• features.
• Ensure performance optimization across the full stack, including efficient API response
• times.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and engage in automated testing efforts such as unit, integration,
• and API testing.
• Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, while adhering to coding standards.
• Diagnose production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term stability
• improvements.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.

Technical Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 9 years of comprehensive experience in full stack development.

• TypeScript,
• Node
• js (including Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks), and Java Spring Boot.
• Experience in designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or comparable databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for application deployment.
• Strong debugging capabilities, including network-level troubleshooting and distributed system
• analysis.
• Practical experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, JUnit, or Cypress.
• Understanding of secure development practices, including OWASP, API security, secrets
• management, and encryption fundamentals.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and automated testing frameworks.
• Comprehensive understanding of secure web development practices and API hardening.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React is preferred, along with Angular or Vue.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time communication frameworks.
• Experience integrating applications with AI/ML inference APIs or imaging pipelines.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures like AWS Lambda or Azure Functions.
• Experience with logging and monitoring stacks such as ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Exposure to healthcare software development, including HIPAA considerations or other regulated
• environments.
• Familiarity with messaging patterns such as pub/sub, CQRS, or event sourcing.

Desirable Skills:

• Expertise in Full Stack development, particularly with Java.
• Proficiency in Reactive Programming, especially with NodeJS.
• Experience in Reactive Programming, particularly with ReactJS.
• Strong command of UI & Markup languages, specifically TypeScript.
