Job Description
Job Title:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering or Project Management
- At least 10 years of practical experience in leading the development and maintenance of medical device products
- A minimum of 5 years of pertinent project management experience
- PMP certification is mandatory
- Comfortable interacting with all organizational levels and external clients
- Possess strong leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, and the ability to foster relationships within project teams
- Experience with Software Systems SUD technology in the medical device field
- Preferred experience in software project management
- Comprehensive understanding of the latest external standards for software cybersecurity
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee Project Management and Product Life Cycle Management of medical device products, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, budget, and schedule while delivering high-quality results
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and high-quality product deliveries
- Manage all phases of the project from definition to clinical evaluation and/or launch
- Establish team operational goals, develop timelines, and create budgets necessary for achieving these goals
- Prioritize tasks across various project workstreams and assign responsibilities
- Effectively navigate the challenges associated with technology development and the introduction of new therapies in the medical field
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional team members globally, including R&D, DA, PD, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Quality
- Facilitate team and cross-functional communication, acting as a liaison between the team and senior leadership; lead phase and business reviews, project core team meetings, and other vital program communications
- Accurately manage project budgets and resources, providing estimates as necessary
Technical Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- Experience in Project Management within the Medical Devices sector
