Salesforce Tech Architect/ Lead Consultant/Manager

• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will primarily lead the initiative to deliver high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions to clients across various phases, from defining problems to diagnosing issues, and designing, developing, and deploying solutions.
• Your responsibilities will include reviewing proposals crafted by consultants, providing strategic guidance, and analyzing defined solutions for client business challenges to pinpoint any potential risks and concerns.
• You will assess change management needs and recommend a structured approach to clients for effectively managing transitions through diverse communication strategies.
• Additionally, you will mentor team members, create a shared vision, provide subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and motivate your team through timely feedback and recognition of outstanding performance.
• As a vital contributor to both unit-level and organizational initiatives, your goal will be to deliver high-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients while adhering to the organization's guidelines and processes.

Technical Qualifications:

• Classic SFDC Salesforce
• Comforce
• Salesforce.com Mandatory Certification PD1
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Apex
• Vlocity
• Mandatory Certification PD1
• Minimum Experience Required: 9 years

Additional Duties:

• Comprehensive understanding of financial processes for various project types and the range of available pricing models
• Ability to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technological solutions
• Knowledge of one or two industry domains
• Strong client interfacing skills
• Project and team management capabilities
