About Our Client

Our client is a long-established international consumer products organisation with a strong footprint across Asia Pacific. To support its ongoing growth strategy, the company is looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to work with regional leadership to drive sustainable revenue growth, strengthen profitability, and enable strategic decision-making across multiple markets in Asia.

Job Description

Reporting to the regional finance leadership team and collaborating closely with the Asia commercial leadership team, you will act as the primary finance business partner for the region. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with Sales and Marketing leaders to enhance regional P&L performance and achieve EBIT targets.
• Supplying commercial insights and financial guidance to support strategic and day-to-day operational decisions.
• Leading forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning and performance management activities across Asia.
• Overseeing regional risk and opportunity assessments, with clear accountability and mitigation plans established.
• Driving business performance reviews through analysis of essential commercial and financial indicators, including revenue, profitability, market share, inventory and forecast accuracy.
• Contributing to revenue growth initiatives through analysis of pricing, trade investment, product mix and commercial profitability.
• Producing financial models and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives, including distributor management, portfolio optimisation and market expansion opportunities.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and Commercial to align business priorities and growth strategies.
• Ensuring timely delivery of accurate, high-quality management reporting, forecasting and planning outputs for regional leadership.

The Successful Applicant

As a commercially focused finance professional, you bring strong business partnering experience and the ability to impact senior leadership decision-making. Key requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering roles within a complex multinational environment.
• Strong experience in forecasting, budgeting, pricing, profitability analysis and P&L management.
• Shown capability to challenge assumptions and influence strategic business decisions.
• Experience working across multiple countries, cultures and stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially curious and able to operate effectively in a fast-moving regional environment.
