Your Responsibilities

RTR Associate / Analyst

• Carry out comprehensive Record-to-Report (R2R) functions, which encompass journal entries, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and financial modifications.
• Oversee intercompany accounting tasks, including reconciliations, balancing, issue resolution, and activities related to month-end closing.
• Execute and supervise SAP S/4HANA settlement processes, guaranteeing precise allocation and distribution of costs across business units and cost objects.
• Spearhead and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.
• Maintain adherence to SOX, internal controls, accounting policies, and audit standards while acting as an SME for R2R, SAP S/4HANA, intercompany accounting, and settlement processes.
  
  

RTR Team Leader

• Direct all aspects of Record-to-Report (R2R) operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and financial adjustments.
• Lead intercompany accounting and SAP S/4HANA settlement processes, ensuring precise cost allocation, reconciliations, and month-end closing tasks.
• Manage month-end and year-end closings, financial reporting, balance sheet evaluations, and analyses to guarantee accurate and prompt reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements while facilitating internal and external audits.
• Act as an SME for R2R and SAP S/4HANA, collaborating with global stakeholders and driving process enhancements and automation initiatives.
  
  

Essential Technical And Professional Qualifications

RTR Associate / Analyst

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; Commerce graduates are preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of R2R experience within BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services settings.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, as well as month-end and year-end closing procedures and financial operations.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, MS Excel, reporting, problem-solving, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Japanese or Korean (both written and spoken), with experience in multinational/shared services being an advantage.

RTR Team Leader

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field, and over 6 years of R2R experience in BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments.
• Extensive knowledge in SAP S/4HANA, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlement cycles, and financial closing processes.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L and Balance Sheet reporting, financial analysis, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills, encompassing team management, escalation handling, SLA/KPI oversight, and governance of month-end closures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, resource planning, and workload management capabilities, with advanced expertise in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

• A commerce degree with specialization in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• Experience in multinational BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS) environments.
