Finance Analyst

Hello, We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team in Singapore. This role offers a 5-month contract with the possibility of extension and potential transition to a permanent position based on performance. The position requires on-site presence, operating in a Work From Office (WFO) environment. About the Role: The Finance Analyst will be responsible for key financial functions within the organization, supporting large IT projects, and ensuring efficient financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets specifically tailored for sizable IT initiatives.
• Dashboards & Reporting: Design and automate real-time financial reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics effectively.
• Process Optimization: Automate manual financial processes to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary finance liaison for project teams and external partners, such as the Ministry of Health (MOH) for grant management.
• Project Monitoring: Oversee project budgets, evaluate risks, track project health indicators, and ensure compliance with grant requirements and cash flow management.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience: 4 to 6 years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (including modeling, macros, pivot tables) and familiarity with Tableau (preferred).
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Systems & Tools: Experience with SAP, Power BI, Python, or SQL.
• Industry Experience: Background in Healthcare or Technology sectors.
• Certifications: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional credentials.
