FileNet Demand - Developer or Senior Developer

Job Description:

· Demonstrated experience in IBM FileNet and IBM Case Manager development to deliver content management and case handling solutions.

· Must have strong experience in Advanced Java/JDBC (Java 8 is preferred) to optimize existing backend processes for scalability, performance, and reliability. Should have experience working with Quartz scheduler and other Java concurrent functions.

· Must have solid knowledge of RESTful web services to enhance backend applications and support integration with other third-party source applications. Must perform testing using POSTMAN or SOAP UI. Added advantage for skills in Spring Boot/Hibernate.

· Responsible for integrating third-party services, databases (MSSQL, Oracle PL/SQL), and other external systems with backend services.

· Must have hands-on experience in Case management widget development and solution deployment.

· Directly collaborate with the client for deliverables planning and discussions, then ensure compliance with the client’s coding standards, clean architecture principles, and maintain high code quality through thorough code testing and reviews with the client. Follow the approved timeline strictly.

· Review functional specifications, create technical design and technical specifications, and oversee code development and unit testing activities. Manage all application-related documentation.

· Must have knowledge of Oracle stored procedures (Oracle PL/SQL) and be able to enhance existing Oracle stored procedures used for reporting purposes, which track case handling SLA for business users.

· Handle incident tickets at L2 and L3 levels and coordinate with the IT helpdesk and relevant teams. Inform business users regarding resolution within SLA.

· Create knowledge articles. If the issue requires code changes, perform RCA and raise a problem ticket to resolve it, preferably with Migration experience.
