Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated customer service professionals with a background in International Voice Support and Chat/Messaging Support. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities, a talent for addressing customer inquiries across various platforms, and a strong dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via international voice calls and chat/messaging platforms.
• Deliver precise information and prompt solutions to customer issues.
• Engage with customers professionally while upholding service standards.
• Identify customer challenges, troubleshoot issues, and offer suitable solutions.
• Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions in support systems.
• Adhere to established processes, service standards, and quality protocols.
• Utilize AI-driven support tools, chatbots, and other customer service technologies effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and meet operational targets.

Mandatory Skills

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in international customer support.
• Proficient in both International Voice Support and Chat/Messaging Support.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong skills in customer handling, problem resolution, and interpersonal communication.
• Capacity to manage multiple customer interactions and support channels simultaneously.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and have rotational days off.

Good to Have

• Experience within the FinTech, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Crypto sectors.
• Knowledge of AI-driven tools, AI copilots, chatbots, or AI-based customer support systems.
• Experience in providing support within a regulated industry.

Work Schedule & Contract Details

• 5 working days each week.
• Rotational shifts, including early-morning schedules based on business needs.
• Rotational weekly days off.
• Full Work From Office environment in Hyderabad.
• Potential for full-time employment following contract completion, contingent on business needs and performance.
