Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with diploma or certification in Graphic Design Visual Communication related field
• 3 to 8 years of professional graphic design experience preferably supporting sales marketing or business development teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in corporate presentations proposals and marketing collateral

Pro Tficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator Photoshop InDesign and presentation tools PowerPoint Google Slides.

• Working knowledge of branding typography layout principles and visual hierarchy
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders
• Experience working in fast paced deadline driven environments

Role Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging materials that support business development, including sales presentations, pitch decks, proposals, brochures, case studies, and one pagers
• Partner with Business Development, Marketing, and Leadership teams to understand objectives and ensure designs align with business goals
• Maintain brand compliance by ensuring all creative deliverables follow brand guidelines and remain visually consistent across all assets
• Develop and deliver visual themes for campaigns, client engagements, and internal initiatives
• Convert complex technical or business information into clear, compelling visual presentations
• Provide digital design support, including social media creatives, website graphics, and email campaigns related to growth initiatives
• Handle multiple design projects at once while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and refine designs to improve effectiveness and clarity
• Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and best practices for B2B and enterprise environments
