Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
Invoice Management:
- Take ownership of MEA Region invoice generation and submission for all Flow Controls key customers.
- Review contracts and orders received from LBP/Sales and ensure the invoices are aligned.
- Load and manage invoices into customer financial sites.
- Coordinate with the Logistics and Warehouse team to confirm that the shipment has been delivered according to the INCO-terms.
- Review documentation provided by the Shipping Team and submit it to the customer when required, together with the invoice.
- Perform any other duties deemed appropriate by the Line Manager.
- Ensure all required invoice documentation and supporting documents are submitted to the customer.
- Maintain the necessary records of invoice submission.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and the Local Business Partner/Customer to resolve payment collection discrepancy issues.
- Recommend actions to eliminate non-value-added activities

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree (BBA/Commerce, Accounts etc).
- Administration & Organizational skills
- Technologically skills (Power App, Power BI, Data analytics etc)
- 0-2 years' experience
- Excellent command on Spoken & Written English
- Customer focus.
- Communicate effectively.
- Optimize work processes.
- Collaborates.
- Action oriented.
