Job Title: US Voice Process – Travel Support

Job Overview

We are seeking candidates for an International Voice Process – Travel Support position available for immediate hiring. This role requires managing customer interactions for a US-based process, delivering exceptional assistance through voice communication.

Primary Responsibilities

• Professionally manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Assist customers with inquiries and needs related to travel.
• Offer precise information and address customer issues effectively.
• Uphold high standards of communication and customer service.
• Adhere to process protocols and achieve designated performance goals.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
• At least 6 months of BPO experience in International Voice Process – Mandatory
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Preference for immediate joiners.

Work Schedule & Details

• Location: Bangalore
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Rotational Shifts
• 2 Rotational Week-offs
• Cab facility provided within 20 km
• Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary

• Up to ₹26,000 Take Home per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
