OTC Collections (International Voice Process) – Job Description

Location: Bangalore

Shift: US Night Shift

Education: Commerce / Non-Commerce Graduates

Experience: 1+ Year

Maximum Package: ₹5.5 LPA

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with international customers to support payment collections.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including overdue invoices.
• Investigate and resolve payment disputes and complete account reconciliation.
• Assist with credit management tasks, including credit limit reviews, refunds, and order management.
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness in line with company policies.
• Handle professional communication with customers through email.
• Understand and support the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Collections / OTC Voice Process.
• Strong skills in handling and communicating with international customers.
• Knowledge of dispute management, account reconciliation, and credit management.
• Willingness to work US night shifts in Bangalore.
