'Job Title': Cloud Solutions Engineer

'Responsibilities':

• Work closely with infrastructure, platform, product, architecture, and business teams to identify high-value opportunities, collect requirements, and deliver scalable technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Design, develop, deploy, integrate, and support AI-enabled, cloud-based, and enterprise platform solutions in production environments, ensuring compliance with technical, security, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Use AI-assisted development tools, automation platforms, APIs, scripting, and Infrastructure-as-Code to automate manual tasks, speed up solution delivery, and create reusable operational capabilities.
• Lead implementation activities, including solution onboarding, deployments, migrations, upgrades, production releases, and operational stabilization, to ensure successful adoption and ongoing supportability.
• Convert complex business and technical challenges into structured, scalable, production-ready solutions using strong engineering expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and human-AI collaboration.
• Act as an escalation resource for complex deployment and production issues by performing root cause analysis and driving long-term corrective actions in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment runbooks, SOPs, implementation guides, and knowledge assets, while encouraging knowledge sharing and engineering best practices.
• Promote continuous improvement by assessing emerging technologies, contributing reusable automation patterns, standardizing platform practices, and supporting organizational transformation through innovation and automation.
