We are seeking a driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. This role focuses on building, launching, and improving performance marketing campaigns designed to increase website traffic and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Evaluate and optimize campaign performance metrics to enhance ROI and generate more conversions.
• Perform keyword research and apply SEO strategies to strengthen organic visibility.
• Work with the content team to produce engaging ad copy and creative assets.
• Track and share performance trends with stakeholders, delivering insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and performance marketing best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
• Knowledge of performance marketing platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
