LIMS + Labware/LabVantage Consultant

Job Overview:

• Infosys is on the lookout for experienced LIMS Consultants with 2 to 5 years of expertise in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) including LabWare, LabVantage, or STARLIMS.
• The successful applicant will be tasked with the implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of LIMS solutions tailored for clients in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, chemical, and manufacturing sectors.

Primary Duties:

• Configure, customize, and provide support for LIMS applications such as LabWare, LabVantage, and STARLIMS.
• Collect and assess business requirements from laboratory stakeholders.
• Design workflows, manage sample lifecycles, oversee test management, and create reporting solutions.
• Conduct system validation testing and maintain thorough documentation.
• Facilitate the integration of LIMS with ERP, MES, ELN, CDS, and additional enterprise systems.
• Assist in data migration, master data management, and system upgrades.
• Diagnose production issues and deliver prompt resolutions.
• Engage in user training and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions.
• Ensure adherence to laboratory and regulatory standards.

Technical Qualifications:

• Proficient in LabWare LIMS, LabVantage LIMS, and STARLIMS.
• Familiarity with laboratory workflows and sample management methodologies.
• Comprehension of instrument integration and data management principles.
• Experience with SQL database concepts and report generation.
• Knowledge of SDLC, testing, and validation protocols.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemicals, or Healthcare industries.
• Understanding of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GMP, and GLP compliance standards.
• Experience in LIMS implementation, migration, or upgrade initiatives.
• Familiarity with cloud-based laboratory solutions.
