IDMC Administration

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a proficient IDMC Administrator with extensive hands-on experience in managing and supporting Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) environments.
• The successful applicant will oversee platform administration, including user and access management, Secure Agent management, runtime environments, job monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the overall health of the platform.
• This position demands strong operational and troubleshooting skills to maintain the stability, availability, and performance of the IDMC platform.

Primary Duties:

• Administer and support the Informatica IDMC platform, focusing on user role and access management.
• Oversee and manage Cloud Data Integration (CDI) environments.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Secure Agents.
• Manage runtime environments, connections, schedules, and job executions.
• Monitor job performance, identify failures, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve platform-related incidents.
• Conduct regular health checks of the platform and proactively identify any operational or performance issues.
• Provide daily production and operational support for IDMC services.
• Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, Secure Agent runtimes, and integration.
• Collaborate with application infrastructure and development teams to resolve issues.
• Adhere to best practices in administration while maintaining appropriate operational documentation.
• Assist with Cloud Application Integration (CAI) administration tasks.
• The candidate must have hands-on experience in:
• IDMC platform administration and user access management.
• Cloud Data Integration (CDI) administration.
• Secure Agent installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Managing runtime environment connections, schedules, and job monitoring.
• Platform health checks, incident resolution, and operational support.
• Additional Skills (Preferred):
• Experience with PowerCenter and CDI PC administration.
• Familiarity with MDM SaaS administration.
• Understanding of CDGC administration.
• Experience in CAI administration.

Technical Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience in Informatica IDMC administration.
• Experience with Cloud Data Integration (CDI) administration.
• Proficiency in Secure Agent installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing runtime environments and connections.
• Knowledge of scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting IDMC jobs.
• Experience with user access management and administrative controls.
• Strong grasp of platform health monitoring, incident management, and operational support.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
